Roma and non-Roma Hungarians are commemorating in hundreds of towns and villages across Hungary as well as in some capitols around the world remembering the 5-year-old child victim of a racist serial-killer group murdering 6 people. At the same time, the Institute releases its first, continent-wide report about the impact domestic extremism had on Europe since the end of the Cold War.
